Please double check the email or the text message we sent you, your username is either your mobile number or your email address. Mobile number need to be in 4471234567 format and the email address must be the one that matches the PayPal account your ordered from us with.
Your password will be a mix of three numbers and three letters.
Please double check you entered the details as they appeared in your text message or email, the passwords are automatically generated and normally double checking the details and trying again will get your logged in without any issues.

We hate filling in forms so we decided that we should try to make it easy for you and introduced an automatic account creation system. The moment you place your very first order with us our system will create an account for you and send you the username and password you need to access your songs. Other than placing the order you do not need to do anything as your account will be created for you by magic! If you ordered by PayPal we will email your details to the email address you used on the PayPal site, if you ordered by PayForIt we will send the details by text message to the mobile account used on that order. If you ordered by calling our premium rate line we will send the details you need to the mobile number you entered during the call.

You need to turn on BlueTooth on the phone you want to send a song to, you also need BlueTooth on your computer.

Yes, all of our ringtones, polyphonic ringtones and mp3 downloads are available to buy by themselves. You can buy any item from us without joining a club or subscription but becoming a premium member with our sites gets you much better value.
CAN I JOIN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE MONTH ONLY?
Yes, when you first join the subscription your deposit will go in to your account, if you then cancelled your subscription with PayPal you would still have access to the funds in your account and you would still get the members prices.
You are welcome to try us out for a month, if you a reason to not like our service you can cancel. It really is as simple as that but if you do want to cancel would you please drop us a line and let us know why: is there anything we could do to improve?
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION?
Just log in to your PayPal account, you will find your subscription to us in the history and you will be able to cancel it from the subscription profile page on the PayPal website.

Please get in touch with as much info about your order as you can, username, password, what you ordered, what you were trying to download on and what the error was. Once we have your email we will try to respond as quickly as we can.
CAN I DOWNLOAD YOUR MP3S ON MY PHONE?
There are two answers to this question:
No, the files for our mp3 downloads are the highest quality and are too large to download on a mobile phone with a normal mobile internet based connection like GPRS or 3G. You would need to download the song to your computer then transfer the file to your mobile phone. We say no in this instance as the files are huge and if you connect through your network they could end up charging you much more than you paid for the song, we think this is unjust so we advise you download on your PC in this case.
Or.... Yes, if your phone uses wifi / broadband / a proper internet connection. You should be able to access the download on your smart phone if your phone has a wireless internet connection to connect to your broadband at home.
I GET AN UNABLE TO CONNECT ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD A RINGTONE ON MY MOBILE PHONE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This means your mobile phone is unable to connect to the internet. You need internet access on your mobile phone to be able to download your ringtone from us. If you do not have mobile internet access please contact your network operator who may be able to assist.

No, sorry you need internet access on your phone to download your ringtone from us, please contact your network operator who may be able to assist. If you are unable to get the internet on your mobile phone and you have ordered your options would include:

WHY DID I GET EXTRA CHARGES ON MY MOBILE WHEN I DOWNLOADED?
Your mobile network might charge you for internet access on your mobile phone, please understand this is not an extra charge from us, it comes from your network; please contact them direct to ensure you are on the fairest possible data plan for your needs. Some networks like Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile have much higher data charges than the others. You can get free mobile internet from some networks.
It is for this reason we advise you download your songs on your PC and send them to your phone through BlueTooth or data-cable.
I GET AN INVALID REFERENCE ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please access the link we sent you using the internet on your phone, you should then be able to download your order. We do not send the files for the ringtones or downloads right to your phone, you have to download them from our server.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?
You can either log in to your account and on the download page you should see a link you can click which turns the updates on or off, or drop me a line and I will update your account manually.
When you are logged in on your PC you should see the main content of the website is in a big white block in the middle of the page. Inside this block, very, very near the top is a sentence that says: Weekly chart updates are turned on - to unsubscribe from these emails please click the link next to it labeled "disable weekly updates" - once you have clicked this you will be returned to your download page and you will see that the sentence has changed to "Weekly chart updates are turned off, enable weekly updates" - clicking the "enable weekly updates" will turn the emails back on.
Due to several customers recently asking where this link is we made it much more visible on your download page, it is now in a box with a red border so hopefully you can find it.
Once you have updated your mailing settings there is no need to contact us as the mailing system is 100% automated and you have been unsubscribed already.

Oh no! Sorry you feel this way, really! Yes there is, if you send an email to either help@web2txt.co.uk or accountcancelation@web2txt.co.uk we will close your account.
Please note that if we terminate your account like this at your request you will lose any money you have as an account balance with us, will lose access to your downloads and your streams.
We can close your account if you wish, all you need do is ask but if you feel that way we would much prefer to work with you and retain you as a customer. If there is anything we can do to rebuild your loyalty with us please let us know.
I'M GETTING CHARGES ON MY BILL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ARE THEY FROM YOU?
No! If you ordered from us you'd be presented with a number of screens or options that make it clear you are about to purchase from our store, we do not and nor would we ever bill a customer without their permission.
If you are getting messages or bills on your mobile account you can use the Phone Pay Plus website to trace the company who has the number that is sending you messages. You can reply to any unwanted messages with the word STOP or STOP ALL and any reputable company will cease messaging you. If they don't stop you can then use the Phone Pay Plus website to report them and they could be fined hundreds of thousands of pounds.
We always let you know up front any costs you will incur through our service and are happy to co-operate with any customer but rest assured we don't send out random billing messages!

WHAT DO I DO WITH A .48 FILE?
We're sorry, this is a strange error from our Content Delivery Network (AWS) which is easy for you to fix, just rename the file with a .mp3 extension, I apologise about this fairly rare bug. Technically I admit this is a geeky challenge to which I've not found a fix.
